Conference Registration and Abstract Submission
Use this page to register for the online component of the 2025 North American Plant Phenotyping Annual Conference. Registration is required to submit an abstract, and abstracts are submitted on the registration form (due Jan. 24th). Please see the Conference Home page for more information about the virtual components of the conference.
There are opportunities to view the virtual content in-person at regional hubs and participate in in-person activities, although attending a hub is not necessary to access the virtual conference. See the Hubs page for more information on the hubs, which require a separate registration with the regional hub host.

Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, contact the NAPPN team at registrations@plantphenotyping.org.
After February 18th 2025, no refunds will be given for meeting registrations.
Refunds will not include credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). In case you will not be able to attend the event for whatever reason, you can send a substitute to replace you for no extra cost. The name of the substitute should be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. If you have questions, contact the NAPPN Team at registrations@plantphenotyping.org.
