Our Annual Conference is a Hybrid Event. The In-Person component will take place at Purdue University (West Lafayette, Indiana, USA). The Virtual component will be available through Whova.

NAPPN Member Discounts

As a member of NAPPN you qualify for a conference discount if:

  • You did not get your NAPPN membership through the purchase of a full-priced registration ticket to a previous conference.

    • One of the benefits of purchasing a full-priced registration ticket to our conference is a complimentary 1-year NAPPN membership. However, this does not qualify you for receiving a discount to future conferences.

  • AND

  • You purchased your NAPPN membership directly with us and your membership is active at the time of purchasing your registration.

Cancelations, Refunds, and Transfers

To cancel your registration, contact the NAPPN team at registrations@plantphenotyping.org.
After February 1st 2024, no refunds will be given for meeting registrations.
Refunds will not include credit card processing fees. In case you will not be able to attend the event for whatever reason, you can send a substitute to replace you for no extra cost. The name of the substitute should be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. If you have questions, contact the NAPPN Team at registrations@plantphenotyping.org.


Whova Access

Whova access (web browser & app) will begin on February 1st 2024 to those who have registered by then. After February 1st 2024, Whova access will start at least 24 hours after registration is confirmed.

 

Discounts

 If you are affiliated to a Historically Black College or University (HBCU), you can use the code DSCTNAPPN24 at checkout to get at 15% discount for In-Person registrations.

The 2023 NAPPN Annual Conference is a ISCB Affiliated Conference. ISCB members receive a 15% discount for In-Person registrations using code DSCTNAPPN24 at checkout. If you would like to receive the ISCB discount and you are not a current ISCB member, be sure to become a ISCB member before registering.

If you reside in a country that is listed on the 2022 DAC List of ODA Recipients you qualify for reduced registration fees. Please contact us for a registration discount code!

NAPPN Members

Qualified NAPPN Members receive a discount for In-Person or Virtual registrations. If you qualify, you can obtain your registration discount code by logging into your NAPPN membership dashboard and clicking on profile. The code is displayed in RED and can be applied at checkout.

Photo Release

NAPPN and Purdue University will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for NAPPN use only and may appear on the NAPPN Website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future NAPPN promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the NAPPN convention app (Whova). By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media. These photos are never shared with any third parties, and are only for the use in NAPPN materials.

Donate to Fair Fight

In response to member concerns: Fair Fight promotes fair elections around the country, encourages voter participation in elections, and educates voters about elections and their voting rights. To donate to Fair Fight, please visit the Fair Fight page.

A Hybrid Conference
