30-day Allyship Challenge

Being an ally to people by actively supporting a sense of equality and equity is one step towards inclusivity.
The NAPPN committee for Equity, Inclusivity, and Diversity (EID) is hosting a 30-day Allyship Challenge! Motivated by the 21-Day Better Listening Challenge and #ListenMoore, this engaging challenge will prepare you to be an effective and courageous ally. The Challenge will take place during the month of November 2022.
The Challenge will commence on November 1st and conclude on November 30th, 2022.
How does this work? Here are the basics:
Engage in a brief allyship activity at least once every few days during the course of the challenge. Ideas for challenge activities are posted on the NAPPN website.
You don’t need to sign up. However, if you do sign up below to participate in the challenge through the NAPPN website and provide your mailing address, we will send you an EID sticker to celebrate your participation! All you need to do to qualify for a sticker is tweet at least once about a challenge activity that you completed using the hashtag #diversityNAPPN
The EID Committee members will be sending daily tweets to keep the team motivated.
If this Equity Challenge is a success, the committee plans to offer a series of such challenges on different topics relevant to EID in the coming months.
